Made to Order
All of our jewellery are handcrafted by us. They're made to order and most of them are not in stock. We make them as orders are placed and payment has been received, which takes approximately 5 business days. The advantage of this is that you can request alterations if you wish, such as requesting to lengthen a bracelet. We may need to add more or remove components to alter the jewellery as requested, and depending on the request, alterations could change the price of the jewellery. Because all the jewellery are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in colours, shapes, and sizes due to the nature of the materials that we use.
Due to the uniqueness of our jewellery, some materials (stones, crystals, etc.) may no longer be available. We will let you know if the components used for the jewellery you've purchased are no longer available and we will offer similar substitutes. We use silver-plated clasps, earring hooks and chains unless otherwise stated. Lengths stated in the item descriptions are approximate.
Adjustable Bracelets
Most of our bracelets are adjustable by 1/2" using an extra loop.
Gift Certificates/Coupon Codes
If you have a gift certificate or coupon code, please complete a manual order form. We will then send you an invoice via email. Payment must be received before order is processed.
Return Policy
We want you, our customers, to be happy. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within seven (7) days of delivery. We will provide you with a refund for the product minus shipping. Jewellery must not be worn. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging for the refund to be processed. For sanitary reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exhangeable.
We recommend that all returns are insured as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or misplaced packages.
To return your jewellery, please contact us at [email protected] stating "Return" on the subject line and include your paypal invoice number. We will reply with instructions to return your product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours after order has been placed, provided that we have not started to process it. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] stating "Cancellation" on the subject line.
Product Warranty
In the event of defective or damaged jewellery from normal wear and tear, we will repair it free of charge within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] stating "Warranty" on the subject line including your paypal invoice number and we will reply with instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
